Delete Your Account
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your TRL / ACTIVE account and all associated data using any of the following methods:
Option 1: In the App
- Open TRL / ACTIVE on your iPhone or Android device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Privacy & Data
- Tap Delete My Account
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to info@trlactive.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile and email
- All workout plans and exercise history
- Meal plans and nutrition logs
- Coach memory and conversation history
- Health sync data and readiness scores
- Subscription and billing records
- All diagnostics and usage logs
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is fully purged from our systems within 30 days of the request.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
